VHS Tape is a very popular medium for much of the video created in the 70s, 80s and 90s. It replaced 8mm film as the family video recording standard. Tapes of that era are aging quickly. Heat, moisture and oxygen are the main culprits. The normal tape length is 120 minutes. Often the tapes were run at slower speeds to accomodate longer run times. This was especially true when the old 8mm film was being trasferred to the new format. We transfer your tapes in-house in a real time process. Up to 2 hours is $25.00 per tape. (BACK)
